Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: 1. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 2. No-Show Policy Clients who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. 3. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals if time allows, but this is not guaranteed. 4. Deposit Policy A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure certain appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total unless forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show. 5. Refund Policy All service sales and deposits are final. If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact Skin 8 Spa within 48 hours. 6. Age Policy Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support.
