Welcome to Skin 8 Spa. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Skin 8 Spa website and all clients of our services. By visiting our site or scheduling an appointment, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Booking: Appointments may be booked online or by contacting Skin 8 Spa directly.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future service if proper notice is given.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. We will make every effort to accommodate you if time permits, but this is not guaranteed.
3. Payments & Refunds

Accepted Payment Methods: We gladly accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for both services and product purchases.

Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure certain appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total unless forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show.

Refund Policy: All service sales are final. Product returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit or original form of payment at our discretion.

4. Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards: E-gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They can be used toward any service or product offered at Skin 8 Spa.

Expiration: E-gift cards do not expire.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat gift cards as you would cash.
5. Members-Only Store

Access to the Members-Only Store is limited to registered members. Exclusive discounts and pricing are only available to logged-in users.

All sales from the Members-Only Store are final, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Members are responsible for keeping their login information confidential.
6. Health, Safety & Client Conduct

Medical Disclosure: Clients must inform Skin 8 Spa of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or other relevant health concerns before receiving services. This ensures your treatment is safe and effective.

Consent Forms: All clients are required to complete a Client Consent Form prior to receiving services. This form will be updated as needed and must be signed prior to each new or specialized treatment.

Health Protocols: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if illness is suspected to protect staff and other clients.

Client Conduct: Skin 8 Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or non-compliance with policies.
7. Recommendations & Use

Product recommendations are personalized based on your skin needs. Results may vary. It is your responsibility to follow instructions for at-home use.

Skin 8 Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by incorrect usage or undisclosed sensitivities.
