FasciaBlaster® Mini Paddle Blaster

1. Apply BlasterOil: Generously apply BlasterOil or a similar lubricant to the target area for smooth device movement and comfort.

2. Massage with Mini Claws: Hold the Mini PaddleBlaster firmly and use brisk back-and-forth movements with the mini claws to stimulate surface fascia, fat, and muscle layers, loosening tight fascia and enhancing blood flow.

3. Use Flusher Edge: After massaging, glide the flusher edge over the skin to promote lymphatic drainage, aiding toxin removal and reducing swelling. Apply moderate pressure to address adhesions and muscle knots.

4. Finish with Up-and-Down Movements: Conclude with up-and-down strokes to encourage fluid movement within tissues, completing the fascia treatment.
